Zeb Talley, III is the son of Pastor Zebedee Talley, Jr. and Lady Patricia A. Talley, and the third of a generation of powerful Men of God; he is the grandson of the late Bishop Zebedee Talley, Sr.
Pastor Zeb has served in various capacities as a member of the United Holiness Worship Center in Pelham, NC, the church in which he has been a member since his birth. In addition to serving as an Associate Minister from the time of his initial sermon in June of 2001, he was also the Youth Pastor, former Minister of Music, and a former Sunday School Instructor. Prior to his call to preach the Gospel, he was frequently recognized and acclaimed as a musician and composer, with a God-given musical ability that makes atmospheres conducive to praise and worship in the church experience. In every position that he has held, he has proven himself to be a humble, faithful, and obedient servant under his Pastor’s leadership, one who is always eager to assist without complaining. In 2009, Pastor Talley recognized the calling to begin a weekly ministry of empowerment in Greensboro, NC; 4 years later he accepted that call, with the official launch as founder and pastor of The R.E.H.A.B. Christian Center, a nondenominational church, on August 11, 2013.
God has blessed Pastor Zeb to achieve a numerous amount of awards, degrees, and certifications that encompass his spiritual gifts and professional accomplishments. He is a recipient of a Master’s Degree in Adult Education from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University in Greensboro, NC. In addition, as a double major, he earned a Bachelor’s Degree in both Business Administration and Secondary Education from Radford University. In December of 2018, he graduated with a terminal degree (PhD) in Leadership Studies at North Carolina A&T. His dissertation research captured a a qualitative analysis of the influence of celebrity culture on millennial leadership identity. While at Radford, he was very active among campus groups, clubs, and organizations, particularly with the Radford Deliverance Gospel Choir and the Black Male Alliance. Pastor Talley is recognized as a Founding Father of the Black Male Alliance, an organization whose purpose is to strengthen the mental, social, and professional image of the black male on the college campus and within society. Additionally, he intends to utilize his research to impact and propel Millennials, Generation Z, young adults, and people at large into the future.
Pastor Zeb is the former Assistant to the Chief of Staff for the Office of the Chancellor at North Carolina A&T and former Assistant Dean for Student Success for the Willie A. Deese College of Business at A&T. Prior to this role, he served as the Associate Director of Career Counseling Programs and a member of the Career Services staff for just over 13 years, assisting students and established professionals with their career development needs. He presently serves as the Director of Career Development Services at Winston-Salem State University. As a certified Job and Career Transition Coach, a Job and Career Development Coach, and a licensed Secondary Education Instructor, he is
proud to have authored three self-help books: Life in 3-B: A Resource for personal, professional, and spiritual balance, Learning to love the life YOU live, and #toldyou 7 Traits of a Trailblazer. During his tenure as a professional, he has been privileged to partner with and directly support several Fortune 100 and 500 companies in a variety of capacities, focusing his efforts mainly in the areas of recruitment and retention, job-readiness, corporate staffing, consulting, and staff/student training and development. In addition to his higher education experience, he is the founder and CEO of INSPiiiRE, a company that specializes in the personal, professional, and career development of students and established professionals.
The personality, anointing, and grace that God has given Pastor Talley has been used to change the lives of many in such a short period of time. Because of his very educated yet practical, intelligent yet down-to-earth approach to ministry, he has been able to effectively relate to everyone who encounters his ministry, regardless of their spiritual, economic, educational, or social level. He is affectionately known as the "city's pastor" with an incredible gift of making the Word make sense, while taking pride in having a ministry that provides a message that keeps it real, provides hope, encouragement, and empowerment to everyone who experiences the gifts that God has given him. He is the proud father to Giselle and Zeb IV.
